Too much about others, not enough about me

I started using this app to link it with my Jawbone Up band. I just dont like it, it is not at all straightforward and I am bombarded with blog entries and polls and healthy important tips that I am not interested in. It reminded me today to stock up on tampons and pads for my period. A) my period warning is off by 5 days which is hard to get wrong as I am on the vaginal ring, and b) I use a menstrual cup together with many women in the 21st century. My favourite app is Period Calendar by Abishek. Clean, simple interface and all the info you want. Blog and polls available if wanted but unobtrusive. Perfect.
